The issue of orphanage support has been a burning desire in the heart of Valentina Nana Agyeiwaa, popularly known as Afia Schwarzeneger, a radio presenter and host of the ``KOKOOKO`` show on UTV.

Afia Schwarzeneger the official ambassador for orphans in Ghana has visited and supported many orphanages in various parts of the country donating cash and food items for the upkeep of the children. According to the TV star and entertainer, the right education of children is vital to the future of the nation, and it is important that corporations and individuals support child aid organizations in the country.

The Ghana Opera and queen of entertainment explained that, helping needy children has been a passion from childhood, and she would endeavor to better the lives of as many orphans as possible.  At a fundraising dinner held by Afia Schwarzeneger this February, she appealed to philanthropists and donor organizations world wide to donate kindheartedly to the Owontaa Charity |Foundation, a charity organization which supports the lives of deprived children in Ghana.
