How NPP Rejected The Prophets And Lost The Elections - Prophet Evans Ohemeng (Ask God)

The 2024 presidential and parliamentary elections in Ghana was generally a peaceful one that went to prove to the world that Ghana indeed is the citadel of democracy as far as Africa is concerned.

Ghana has had a very peaceful change of power since the inception of the fourth republic, which was spearhead by the late former president H.E Jerry John Rawlings.

The undisputable divine return into office by the president elect, H.E former president John Dramani Mahama has proven to be a testament to the invention of the divine in the affairs of men.

Barely a two months to the elections, rumours were heard of a Nation Prophet, am man whom according to witnesses has been behind the reign of the NPP government, who prophesied that the incumbent Akuffo Addo regime was taking a nosedive owing to certain spiritual directions that were neglected prior to the general elections.

Due to the failure and the lakadaisical attitude of the governing party to address these spiritual concerns the prophet Evans Ohemeng, known popularly as " Prophet Ask God", the NPP party was bound for opposition after the 2024 presidential election.

Prophet Ask God had been on social media two days to the presidential election telling the people of Ghana about a dream he had of two animals fighting, a bigger and stronger one versus a smaller and weaker one.

The said prophecy connoted that the smaller and weaker one had overpowered the stronger and bigger one. The interpretation of this dream was released on social media a day before Dr. Bawumia, the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party conceded defeat to his opponent H.E John Dramani Mahama.

Prophet Ask God insisted that, the NPP government lost power due to arrogance on the part of certain appointees as well as the delegate system of choosing a flagbearer for the party.

Prophet Evans Ohemeng, the Nation Prophet blamed Sammy Awuku and others for failing to recognize the role to that prophets have played in nation building. He subsequently declared that Ghanaians must in public office and the civil service positions must emulate the examples of Hon. Atta Akyea, former Works and Housing Minister and Member of parliament for Akyem Abuakwa constituency.

According to the Prophet, Hon. Samuel Atta Akyea has distinguished himself as a true statesman. "He is a man of integrity and a god-fearing person who happens to find himself in politics because he couldn't sit back and watch some of the actions and inactions of certain individuals who claimed to represent the people".

Prophet Ask God emphasized the charitable and strong allergy of Hon. Atta Akyea for wrongdoing either in private or his public life. He also recounted his respect for prophets and all leaders and members of religious institutions and relayed his appreciation and support for his family and his ministry.

According to Prophet Evans Ohemeng, God gave John Dramani Mahama another chance so that the NPP can have a fallow period, to reset their party, while the country undergoes certain major reforms under the new administration.

BENEMEF FOUNDATION AND DR. WANDA EXTENDS CHARITY TO ADZOKOE HEALTH CENTRE IN THE VOLTA REGION

This year's Mother's Day was one of the best days for some people with mobility challenges in the Adzokoe area in the Volta Region of Ghana.

Dr. Wanda, Mr. Godsway (who roped in the Free Wheelchair Mission), together with  BENEMEF Foundation's  Benjamin Opare (CEO)  donated wheel chairs to the Adzokoe Health Centre to support some aged people with mobility challenges in the area.
A slope ramp was constructed at the entrance to the health centre to enable people with wheelchairs to have direct access to the the premises.
This gesture of love and compassion  was greatly appreciated by the beneficiaries, who could not have words to express their joy and gratitude for the support.
Dr Wanda went ahead with the team to commission a completed toilet project for homes that could not afford, a separate project targeted at the eradication of open deification in the community. Toilet kits were also given out for free to encourage people to use the newly constructed biodigestor toilets.

In a quest to be impactful, Benemef Foundation in collaboration with DrWanda, Education Specialist to provided at-least 15 musical Instruments that ranged in variety from the violin to the steel drum to Peki Adzokoe R.C. Primary School. The musical gift included over 150 brand new musical text books along  with the teachers manuals and the supporting CD.
This will surely allow for greater acquisition of musical instruction. The goal is empower the youth to be able to read, to write and to play music which provides the greatest impact and carries on the legacy of music established by the late Dr Ephraim Emu.
Their partnership demonstrates a unique effort  to support the development of talent and recreation among the young people. An effort that will not only strengthen Peki’s music program, but can lead to even greater musical outreach in the district...As Benjamin Opare the CEO of the Benemef Foundation noted “To date, there is no school basic or private school in the South Dayi District to inherit such rich variety music material.”

According to DrWanda who spearheaded the effort, these instruments are just a tip of the iceberg. It is her hope to invite guest musicians to volunteer to teach and play for and with the students...This is one of many efforts the philanthropist duo have in store to promote education especially in the rural communities where schooling has been less encouraged in times past.
Philanthropists and well wishers are invited to support this project by donating gently used or new instruments or through cash or in-kind donations which Benemef Foundation will use to establish a music scholarship to help a deserving youth further pursue their musical interest at the college level and/or career opportunities in music.

Benemef Foundation And Dr. Wanda Commemorate A Year Of Social Support

November marks a year that DrWanda & Benemef Foundation teamed up to assist Ghanaian families with the construction home toilet.
This effort was done by fundraising to supplement the GAMA program which was established to help increase access to improved sanitation and improved water supply in the Greater Accra Metropolitan Area (GAMA).

Although GAMA supplemented 60% of the of the toilet construction, Benjamin Opare (CEO for Bememef Foundation noted still many families could not afford to pay the 40%... This lead to DrWanda teaming with Benjamin Opare to make an impactful difference. With the support of generous donors, the pair aided 20 families with the installation of home toilets. Demonstrating the value of what can happen when grassroots activist and an NGO bring in a supportive network for a humanitarian cause...When asked about their proudest moment, they both said it was the toilet they had built for Awuche, the Tallest Ghanaian.

His toilet brought two major challenges, he lives in the north which meant he did not fall under the GAMA program thus the pair had to bare 100% of the cost...and his size, described as 9’6 in height meant that more care, more material were needed to complete his toilet unit. Nonetheless, it was completed with much joy and excitement for all parties involved. Given all that’s shared here. DrWanda & Benemef Foundation most certainly have a reason to celebrate.

Tallest Man in Ghana Gets Customized Washroom - A DrWanda And Benemef Foundation Project

In late June, Benemef Foundation received a special request for the construction of a home toilet from a 29 year old, 9ft 6inch Ghanaian living in the North East Region of Ghana in a village named Gambaga.

His name is Sulemana Abdul Samed. He is recorded as the Tallest Man In Ghana.
Awuche as he’s affectionately called learned that home toilet construction was occurring as the result of the partnership between DrWanda and Benjamin Opare, (Benjamin is also Environmental health Officer and the CEO of benemef foundation).

The pair effectively fundraised to supplement the GAMA project which has resulted in as many as 57 home toilets being actively constructed.
Unfortunately, Awuche resides outside of Greater Accra, this made him ineligible for the GAMA program. DrWanda and Benjamin Opare viewed Awuche as not only a special case, due to his 9ft 6in stature but also as a National Treasure thus, the pair determined to fundraise to have a customized toilet built especially for him.

Fundraising $1000 US to cover the total cost, and using contractors from Gambaga resulted in ONE WEEK, Sulemana Abdul Samed, The Tallest Man in Ghana, Our Gentle Giant had a Home Toilet...

Recently, Benjamin Opare, and DrWanda charted a flight to Gambaga Ghana to meet, to greet and to celebrate.
All were ecstatic and DrWanda expressed extra gratitude to the donors. Reminding them that together we lifted Awuche’s humanity. The experience confirmed what Benjamin Opare commonly quotes “ Toilets are a need not a want”

The BENEMEF FOUNDATION and DR Wanda, Peki Adzokoe R.C Primary School Writing Contest

The importance of literacy in this generation cannot be over emphasised. Considering the recent global shift in the direction of information technology, it has become more necessary to develop reading and writing skills in African children to prepare them for the future, and to equipe them with the relevant knowledge to enable them compete in their chosen fields of education.
In view of the lack of basic structures and incentives that creates the conditions for proper education in our rural communities, Dr. Wanda Evans-Brewer partnered with Benemef Foundation to organise a writing contest for students of Peki Adzokoe R.C. Primary school in the Volta Region of Ghana.

The move, she claimed was to encourage the students to love reading and writing, as it is their major tool necessary for their studies in all subjects.
The contest which was themed "The ME I Choose to be" was to empower and assess the writing potential of the young female students, and to reward the top tier students.
In a Facebook post, Dr. Wanda had this to say "......The 2nd stop of our tour was Peki Adzokoe R.C. Primary School...We collected and read the (10) essays written by the girls on the theme “The Me I Choose To Be”...No doubt, they took the challenge serious. The writing was very good...it was decided to have the top (3) read before their parents who were gathered at the church...It was through this process we determined our winner...Elizabert Boafo, and 11 year old...who dreams of being a lawyer one day...Bravo! Elizabert...Keep writing like this and you surely will 🇬🇭"
Dr Wanda has been very passionate about education and made tremendous effort to support her community in every possible way. She installed a mini library at the Peki Adzokoe R.C Primary school for both boys and girls, where the children can go and read for free. She also set up a scholarship scheme for the young students of Kpone which gives financial support and other incentives to brilliant but needy students.
